Returns & Refunds

We will try our best to ship the product well packaged to avoid breakage, but in case the product breaks in transit, write back to us with images of the delivered product. Unfortunately we won't be able to refund but can work it out with either a replacement of the same item or the purchased price off on another item. Replacement is subject to another piece availability as all peices are unique and limited. In such a case, you may have to wait longer if the product is to be created again.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) - 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any
person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. • All online or advance booking orders that cannot be fully or partially delivered will be refunded within 15 days of order cancellation.
• All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
