Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of order and reaches the customer in 4-5 working days in domestic orders. Ceramic products are prone to break if mishandled by shipping company. It is not the responsibility of the seller, NMZ. All our products are packed with maximum buffer and protection to avoid any breakage.

Returns & Refunds
We will try our best to ship the product well packaged to avoid breakage, but in case the product breaks in transit, write back to us with images of the delivered product. Unfortunately we won't be able to refund but can work it out with either a replacement of the same item or the purchased price off on another item. Replacement is subject to another piece availability as all peices are unique and limited. In such a case, you may have to wait longer if the product is to be created again.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) -
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The product I am looking for is sold out. When will it be available again?The House Of Pop-up is a pop-up store which means the products you see available will be limited in number and will run out of stock when someone places an order of it. I could let you know if the same product would be available in the next pop-up or if it could be made to order as a special order. This may take time and cost may be different.

Do you ship Internationally?Yes. At the time of checkout you would see a list of country options under address. If your region shows available in the dropdown menu then it can be shipped.
