We will try our best to ship it well packaged to avoid breakage, but in case the product breaks in transit, write back to us with images of the delivered product. Unfortunately we won't be able to refund but can work it out with either a replacement of the same item or the purchased price off on another item. Replacement is subject to another piece availability as all peices are unique and limited. In such a case, you may have to wait longer if the product is to be created again.
